Trivia and Facts
The film is centered around Mia Williams, who was raised by her mom, Sara, and grew up believing her father was lost in the Gulf War. Unfortunately, after a tragic accident that leads to Sara’s death, Mia finds herself alone running the family Bed & Breakfast and attending college. Meanwhile, a tough businessman from New York, Daniel Williams, arrives at the B&B, and Mia suspects that he could be her long-lost father.
The town’s people initially suspect Daniel of being connected to Sara’s death, but as the story unfolds, he clears his name and earns the community’s acceptance. In the end, Mia finds a father figure in Daniel.
The movie had a run time of approximately 1 hour and 24 minutes and was distributed by Pure Flix Entertainment. A fun fact is that there was a mistake in one of the scenes where Daniel is told that Mia is in room 344 at the hospital. However, when he exits the elevator, a placard near the door indicates that he is on the 2nd floor, despite Mia’s room being on the 3rd.
